For 4–6 students

One student chooses a secret person. Everyone else is a detective with their own board.

Detectives ask different yes/no questions aloud. Everyone listens to each answer and eliminates people on their own device.

When someone wants to guess, they say the name. The chooser confirms. Switch the chooser for the next round.

The chooser can choose silently from the board without clicking anything. Only use choosing mode when their screen is private.

For pairs and teacher setup

Partners each choose a secret person, then alternate asking questions. Keep your own person in mind while eliminating candidates for your partner’s person.

Everyone uses the same link. No student names or accounts are collected by the game. There is no shared room or live scoreboard.

For your first demonstration, choose a person silently while sharing this board. Students ask you questions; click to eliminate together.

In higher level mode, ask about profiles instead of appearance. Encourage explanations. If information is missing, say so rather than inventing an answer. Reset restores the candidates. In choosing mode, choose a new person for each round.
